Church Professionals Supporting One Another

No one understands the life of ministry better than another minister. Books and blogs are good, but sharing face to face leaps over the boundaries of pages and screens and can be so refreshing and life-giving. If you are not already in a clergy support group and would like to try one, contact Molly Garnett at molly@presbyteryeasttn.org. There are various groups meeting around the presbytery, and there are probably other people like you who would like to start one. The most effective groups seem to be the ones that are very intentional about offering confidentiality, a safe place to share, open discussions, and prayer support. Tap into the community of faith your peers can offer!
